As a Call
Center Director, when you bring in a new Coastal Team
member for $295 you get paid, and then you get paid
again when that person makes sales and is
promoted. Then you get paid again when that

Finally you get paid two more times when that person
makes the qualifying sales for director. In all
you get paid 5 times for bringing in that $295
recruit.
The Key To Big Success Is
Becoming a Call
Center Director
Whether you start-up at the
Call Center Director level or get promoted to that level
the key to big income is to become a Call Center
Director as soon as
possible.
Note
1 As a Call Ctr. Dir. you are paid $700 for each $1295 sale
and $1,400 for each $1995 sale to one of your
prospects.
When an L-1 Status team member makes a
qualifying sale you are paid $700 for a $1,295 sale and $1,000
for a $1,995 sale.
You are paid $350
when someone from your Team is promoted into the L-1 Level and
makes a qualifying sale. As a Call Ctr. Dir you are paid
$200 every time someone in your Team is promoted to Dir.
In Training or L-1 Status.
As a Call Ctr. Dir everyone you recruit
and ALL their recruits join your Team and owe you sales until
they become Call Ctr.Directors.
Note 2 If you start at the L1-Level you are not
paid for qualifying sales.
Note 2 If you are promoted into the L-1
Level you receive $350 for a $1295 qualifying sale and
$700 for a $1995 qualifying sale. * Note In adherence to Coastal Rules you need to make 2
qualifying sales to be promoted to a Coastal L-1 Dir.

sales. 2- $595 sales may be counted as
1 qualifying sale.
